Volume Lock
Terms of Use
Acceptance
These Terms of Use apply to the Volume Lock mobile application developed by Alexander Aizendorf as an ad-supported service. By downloading, installing, or using the application, you agree to these terms.
License and Restrictions
You may use the application for personal use on devices where it is installed through an authorized app store. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, extract source code from, translate, or create derivative works from the application or any part of it, except where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to do so.
All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the application remain the property of the Service Provider or their respective owners.
Service Changes
The Service Provider may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the application at any time. If any paid services are introduced, the applicable charges will be clearly communicated before purchase.
Ads and Third-Party Services
Volume Lock is supported by advertising and uses third-party services that operate under their own terms:
Device and Network Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for maintaining access to the application. Rooting, jailbreaking, or otherwise bypassing operating-system protections may affect device security and may cause the application to function incorrectly or not at all.
Some features may require an internet connection. Your mobile network provider may charge for data usage, roaming, or other network access. You are responsible for those charges and for having permission from the bill payer if you are not the bill payer for the device.
Availability and Accuracy
The application is provided as is. The Service Provider works to keep the application useful and reliable, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device or operating-system version, or that all information or functionality will always be current, complete, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or other losses resulting from your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the application.
Updates and Termination
The Service Provider may provide updates to the application. You may need to install updates to continue using the application. The Service Provider may also stop providing the application. If access is terminated, the rights granted to you under these terms end, and you must stop using the application and delete it from your device if required.
Changes to Terms
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the application after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
