Privacy Policy
Overview
This Privacy Policy applies to the Volume Lock Pro mobile application developed by Alexander Aizendorf as a commercial service. The application is provided as is.
Volume Lock Pro does not require account registration. Most app settings, volume profiles, and preferences are stored locally on your device.
Information You Provide
If you contact support by email, the Service Provider may receive your email address, message content, and any information you choose to include. This information is used to respond to your request and provide support.
Automatically Collected Information
The application and third-party services may automatically process information such as device type, operating system, app version, identifiers, IP address, diagnostics, crash data, analytics events, purchase or license status signals, and general app usage information.
The application does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.
License Validation
Volume Lock Pro may validate that the app was installed from Google Play and is licensed for use. License validation can process the package name, app version, a locally generated install identifier, request timestamp, Google Play Integrity token or verdict, network information such as IP address, and the license decision returned by the validation service.
Payment processing and purchase records are handled by Google Play. The Service Provider does not receive or store your payment card details.
Third-Party Services
Volume Lock Pro uses third-party services that process data under their own privacy policies:
Sharing
The Service Provider may share information with service providers who help operate, analyze, improve, validate licenses, or protect the application. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and safety, investigate fraud, or respond to a lawful government request.
Data Retention
Support emails are retained for as long as needed to handle the request and for a reasonable period afterward. Automatically collected information and license validation logs may be retained for up to 24 months, and may be stored longer in aggregated or anonymized form or when needed for abuse prevention and security.
Opt Out
You can stop all collection by the application by uninstalling it. Some license validation is required for Pro functionality in release builds installed from Google Play.
Children
The application is not directed to children under 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact the Service Provider so it can be deleted.
Security
The Service Provider uses reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information processed and maintained. No security system can guarantee complete protection.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the application after changes means acceptance of the updated policy.
